近所の不動産屋の広告にびっくり。坪単価2666万、しかし調べると毎年全国1位の銀座鳩居堂の地価は2024年の路線価で坪単価1億4,624万円である。驚愕。I was surprised by an advertisement from a local real estate agency. The price per tsubo was 26.66 million yen, but when I looked it up, I found that the land price in Ginza Kyukodo, which is the number one in the country every year, is 146.24 million yen per tsubo in 2024.
