I decided to stay overnight with my spouse at The Share Hotel in Nara. I plan to design a locally rooted accommodation, so I want to feel the latest examples. There are three things to see. I've covered it in books I am writing. Horyuji Temple, Toshodaiji Temple, and Yakushiji Temple, so I want to see for myself again whether it's true.

よせばいいのに4月から理科大と日本女子大の講義は全く新しいものにするとシラバスに書いてしまった。したがってそのパワポづくりに追われている。 6月の北海道三大学レクチャー計7コマも半分は新しく作ることになりそうである。でもここではパワポなしで話すだけの授業もやってみよう。 5月末締め切りの新建築の原稿を今書いているがこれは2万字あり、かなりしっかりとした内容になるからこれをしゃべりと板書だけでやってみたい。 I've written in the syllabus that I will give a completely new set of lectures starting in April, the lectures at Tokyo University of Science and Japan Women's University will be completely new. 農業は近代化の中で工業化をベースに展開した。それをもって「農学栄えて、農業死す」という言葉が生まれたらしい。建築も近代化の中で工業化されて同じように「建築学栄て建築死す」と言えるかもしれない。そこで農学はどのように変革を遂げようとしているのかを見るのは建築学の明日の指針となろうかと思える。Agriculture developed based on industrialization during modernization. It seems that the phrase "Academic agriculture flourishes, agriculture dies" was born from this. Architecture also industrialized during modernization, so it could be said that "Academic architecture flourishes, architecture dies." Therefore, looking at how Academic agriculture is trying to change could be a guide to the future of architecture.
