週3日授業、2日習いごと、１日現場、残った１日は休みたいが今日はクライアントのところに打ち合わせ。I have classes three days a week, lessons two days, and work on construction site one day. I'd like to take the remaining day off, but today I have a meeting with a client.

近所の不動産屋の広告にびっくり。坪単価2666万、しかし調べると毎年全国1位の銀座鳩居堂の地価は2024年の路線価で坪単価1億4,624万円である。驚愕。I was surprised by an advertisement from a local real estate agency. The price per tsubo was 26.66 million yen, but when I looked it up, I found that the land price in Ginza Kyukodo, which is the number one in the country every year, is 146.24 million yen per tsubo in 2024. AMAZING！！

山崎泰寛さん、榊原充大さん、平瀬有人さんと作っできたコンペプロポの分析本が完成The analysis book of the competition and proposal that I made with Yasuhiro Yamazaki, Mitsuhiro Sakakibara, and Yujin Hirase is now complete.

本日午後は卓袱会の在廊当番日。石橋さんが来られました。土日に沢山の方が着てくれました。ありがとうございます。I was on duty at the gallery this afternoon. Ishibashi-san came. Many people came on Saturday and Sunday. Thank you very much.

卓袱会（坂牛研卒業生有志）中日はパーティー。飯田橋でワインと生ハム。Shippokukai middle day is a day of party. Wine and prosciutto at Iidabashi.

本日より来週水曜日まで神楽坂アユミギャラリー（東西線神楽坂駅から徒歩2分）にて信大、理科大坂牛研究室のOB OGたちの建築作品の小さな展覧会を行なっています。若い人に混じって僕らの事務所DAの作品も一つ展示させていただきました。この辺りに来た方は是非お立ち寄りください。私は日曜日の午後おります。From today until next Wednesday, a small exhibition of architectural works by alumni of the Sakaushi Laboratory at Shinshu University、 Tokyo University of Science is being held at the Kagurazaka Ayumi Gallery (2 minutes' walk from Kagurazaka Station on the Tozai Line). 篠原一男の直角三角柱(1974)とスミルハンラディックの直角三角柱へのオマージュ(2019)についてクリスチャン・デリとアンドレア・グロリムンドが４年前にドムスに書いた記事である。ミニマリズムの影響を受けた篠原の閉鎖的な幾何学のエッセンスをスミルハンは45年後に開放系に変換した。 Here is an article written by Christian Deri and Andrea Grolimund in Domus four years ago about Kazuo Shinohara's Prism House(1974) and Smiljan Radic's Homage to Prism House (2019). The essence of Shinohara's closed geometry, influenced by Minimalism, was transformed into an open system by Smiljan 45 years later.
