コリンズは機械、生物学、美食、言語のアナロジーを19世紀の建築思潮として取り上げている。拙訳『人間主義の建築』でスコットはやはり機械、生物学に注目している。私の次の本では料理、服、人間、自然、音楽、アート、広告のアナロジーで建築を見るのだが、料理が被っているのには驚いた。19世紀と21世紀では視点が変わってしかるべきなのだがPeter Collins draws on analogies between machines, biology, gastronomy, and language as architectural ideas of the 19th century. In my translation of ``Architecture of Humanism,'' Jeoffrey Scott also focuses on machines and biology. In my next book, I will look at architecture through analogies of food, clothes, people, nature, music, art, and advertising, and I was surprised to find that they overlap with food. The perspective should be different between the 19th century and the 21st century.
