2週間ストレッチしてなかったら案の定持病の足首痛が起こり新宿駅で体が止まった。昨日は一日中足首ストレッチしてほぐし、サポーター巻いて今朝大学に恐る恐る、ゆっくり歩いて向かう。今のところ痛みが出ないが爆弾抱えているみたいで恐ろしい。I hadn't stretched my body for two weeks, and as expected, I had chronic ankle pain and stopped at Shinjuku Station. Yesterday I spent the whole day stretching and relaxing my ankles, then wrapped them in a supporter before walking gingerly and slowly to university this morning. カンディンスキーがシェーンベルクの音楽を評している部分が興味深い。 曰く、いつの時代も芸術は与えられた自由を使い切らないければいけないけれど、その時代が許容する自由の量は決まっていてそれを飛び越えることはできない。シェーンベルクはそれが分かっている芸術家だと。なるほどねと思う。The part where Kandinsky comments on Schoenberg's music is interesting.
