J I Aマガジン3月15日号の編集後記を送り校了。最後の編集号である。住宅訪問は自邸に魚谷さん、畑さん、塩崎さん、小林さんに来ていただいてディスカッションした。６年１０ヶ月くらいの間に８０近い建築家にインタビューしたのは僕の宝である。もう少ししたいこともあったけれどこれが限界。長い間おつきあいいただきありがとうございました。読者の皆様に（と言ってもほとんど何も反響はありませんでしたが）深く感謝いたします。 The editorial note for the March 15th issue of JIA Magazine has been sent and done. This is the last edition as my chief editor. For the residential visits, Uoya-san, Hata-san, Shiozaki-san, and Kobayashi-san came to my home and we had a discussion. It is a treasure to me to have interviewed nearly 80 architects over the course of about six years and ten months. There were a few more things I wanted to do, but this is as far as I can go. Thank you for your continued support over the years. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all my readers (even though I have received almost no response).

だいぶ前に飲み屋で隣のテーブルに東大建築のM先生がいた。高校の同窓生と飲んでいるらしくその中に同じ東大のシステムのO先生がいた。名刺交換してSNSで少しお話もしていたのだが、そのO先生から先日、神保町で私の新著を発見してとても面白そうだとメールをくれた。データーと建築は似ているなと思ったというのだった。建築を建築外の視点から見ることが多い僕はよく他の分野の人から興味を持たれる。以前は遺伝メカニズムの先生に発見され「流れと淀み」を語る会というのに誘われた。A while ago, I was at a bar and there was Professor M from the University of Tokyo's Department of Architecture sitting next to me. He was drinking with his high school classmates and among them was Professor O from the same University of Tokyo's Department of Systems. We exchanged business cards and chatted a bit on social media, and the other day Professor O sent me an email saying that he had found my new book in Jimbocho and thought it was very interesting. He said that he thought data and architecture were similar. I often look at architecture from a perspective outside of architecture, so people from other fields are often interested in me. I was previously discovered by a professor of genetic mechanisms and invited to a meeting to talk about "flow and stagnation."

昨晩は吹雪で松の葉が飛び散り雪も10センチ以上積もった。朝の散歩は雪中行軍。Last night, the snowstormed pine leaves scattered and snow was over 10 centimeters. I went for a morning walk in the snow.

天井見ながらストレッチしてるとFujimi Hutの広さを改めて感じる。なかなかいいなあ。As I stretch while looking at the ceiling, I once again felt the space of the Fujimi Hut. That's pretty good.

紀伊國屋で拙著が売られております。面白いですよ。

今週はたっぷりいただいた編集者校正をもとに、リライト作業に専念する。それ以外のことはしない。その決意で単身山籠り。This week, I will focus on rewrite work based on the editor's extensive proofreading I received. I won't do anything else. With that determination, I stay at Fujimi Hut alone.

アンプとスピーカーとスタンドライトとその他もろもろ捨てた。粗大ゴミ置き場が遠くて、だいぶカロリー消費した。I threw away the amplifier, speakers, stand lights, and everything else. The bulky garbage storage area was far away, and I burned quite a lot of calories.

大事な校正原稿が届くので配偶者に受け取りをお願いした。しかしシャワーを浴びていたりするとまずいので、持って帰らないでねというお願いメモを残して大学へ。I asked my spouse to receive the important proofreading manuscript. However, it's bad if she was taking a shower, so I left a request to not take it back to office and headed to university.
